Cocktail: Beaver Juice

An ideal drink on a hot summer day… or a cold winter's night.
Refreshing and tasty without being overly tangy or sweet.
Bartender: Big Mike

- 1 oz of Bacardi rum
- 1 oz of Malibu rum
- V8 Tropical Splash
- 0.5 oz of lime juice
- topper of Sprite
- grenadine

Directions: In a shaker, combine Bacardi, Malibu and lime juice. Shake well with ice and pour into glass. Top with Sprite and add grenadine for flavor and color to taste. Put glass to lips and enjoy…

Bar: The Beaver Dam is a popular watering hole for both foreigners and Taiwanese living in and visiting Pingtung. With two flat screens playing international sports, a pool table, darts, a foosball table, a full stage and dance floor with stripper's pole, there's really no excuse to be bored here. The owners, Mike and Darren, two Canadians from Saskatchewan, schedule many bands from all over South Taiwan to rock the Dam. A good range of western foods, inexpensive import beer as well as an easy-going atmosphere make the Beaver Dam a great place to loosen up after a busy day.
