Do you scream for great ice cream? If so, then give Cold Stone Creamery a try. A four, six or eight ounce cup (NT$90, 140, 190) comes with one free topping and extras are NT$15 each; these range from chocolate chips, nuts and strawberries to crumbled pie crust and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. As far as atmosphere and quality go, Cold Stone is a great hit as well. You can watch the staff mix, smash and roll your ice-cream concoction into a cup, freshly made plain (NT$20) or with a chocolate and sprinkles waffle cup (NT$30). If you feel like one scoop just isn't enough, try one of their trademark creations like the Strawberry-Banana Rendezvous or Founder's Favourite, with brownie, fudge caramel and pecans. Our favorite was certainly Cookie Doughn't You Want Some. Other choices such as smoothies, shakes, sundaes and cakes are also available.
