Le petit Chateau

The owner of the well-established French bistro Chateau Coti has launched a sister location called Le petit Chateau. Opened in February, the Chateau has attracted all kinds of people, who come to taste the authentic, mid-priced French dishes. Chefs here frequently add and change flavors according to the season. Most ingredients used in the restaurant are imported from France and the rest are picked out from local markets on a daily basis.

Meals here start from NT$580 and go up to NT$1,200. The Pan-Fried Baby Lamb Chops with Herb Cream Sauce (NT$880) takes fresh lavender leaf extract and mixes it with vanilla and cream to create a sauce that is rich and refreshing. Chefs here, with their skilled heat control, retain moisture in meat and accompany it with sweet peppers to create a delicate dish. Order a glass of house red wine to go with your meal andl bring out the taste of the ingredients even more.
