The aroma, stylish clean lines and atmosphere
promise something special, but it is the tractor-sized roaster
on the mezzanine level that tells the real story of this cafe;
commitment to coffee and culinary excellence. Fresh, high
quality coffee individually selected and roasted by owner
Charles is perfectly complemented by homemade cakes, cookies
and a large variety of tasty treats. The lattes are good (NT$130)
and the espresso fresh and lively (NT$100). I recommend the
milk tea (NT$150) with cheesecake (NT$60) on the side for
afternoon tea or, if you're feeling peckish, the Black Spaghetti
with cuttlefish and white wine (NT$240) is an unusual treat.
Mexican seafood and chicken with rice (NT$230) or the Baked
Seafood Penne (NT$250) are just a few of the wonderful meals
prepared by Havecca's dedicated chefs. High ceilings, comfortable
seating and the ambience of a great coffee shop all make Havecca
a great place to enjoy a quality meal or coffee prepared with
skill by people who know and care about your culinary experience. |
