Fun City may get lively after 9:30 p.m., but
the atmosphere during dinner hours is relaxing and family-oriented.
Located near Cheng Ching Lake, Fun City is a large restaurant
with indoor and outdoor seating for up to 400 people. An extensive
menu allows you to choose from a variety of Chinese dishes
(You can check out the restaurant's website to see the full
menu online). Dishes range in price from NT$185 to NT$600,
and come with several side dishes and tea or juice of your
choice. The Roasted Sea Bream with Miso Sauce (NT$220) was
a good hunk of tasty fish, and the Kumquat and Lemon tea was
delicious! Afternoon tea is offered from 2:30 p.m. - 5:00
p.m., and for NT$150 you can enjoy a set meal of waffles,
popcorn, croissants or cake with your tea. At 9:30 p.m., another
menu is unveiled, allowing customers to order "midnight
snacks" like deep fried tofu and barbequed meat. Plenty
of alcoholic drinks are also available. Open at 6:30 a.m.
and closing at 2:00 a.m., Fun City is a perfect place for
both early birds and night owls.
