VISITOR RATINGS & REVIEWS
Are
you tired of traditional Cantonese dim sum? If so, you
should come to the Crystal Tea Lounge to try dishes presented
in a combined style of Taiwan, Shanghai, and Guangzhou.
Owner Charles recommends Boiled Sliced Clam Mussel (NT$350),
Prawn Ball With Pineapple/Mango (NT$330), Steamed Rice
Flour Roll With Dried Shrimp (NT$90), and Bean Curd Jelly
In A Basket (NT$200 for four people). The restaurant's
environment is just like a lounge in Shanghai, with plush
chairs and lots of glass windows through which you can
enjoy great views over downtown Kaohsiung. There are also
live performances of traditional Chinese music, violin,
or piano. As Father's Day is around the corner, the Crystal
Tea Lounge is planning various special banquets, including
the Healthy Special (priced at NT$8,800 for ten people),
and the Reunion Special (NT$6,800). --Written and translated
