If
you're looking for a nice cool drink on a hot day, the
Singapore Sling is a wonderful choice. The Singapore
Sling was created in Singapore's famous Raffles Hotel.
According to some people, it made its debut in 1915;
others say it was invented in 1913 or perhaps before
1910. The original recipe was lost and forgotten, so
there is some uncertainty about which ingredients should
be used, but you can count on Coca--the timid yet highly
professional bartender at ReBAR , the restaurant-disco-bar
venue in Tainan City--to produce a memorable drink.
He'll present you with an ice-filled collins glass with
juicy fruit slices floating on colorful liquor. It's
easy on the eyes, as well as the taste buds!
