Fun readers should be familiar with Citizen Cain after
reading about it last month. This month, we're happy to
have bartender Dominick introducing the latest cocktails
for us--the Citizen Cain and the Citizen Able. Dominick
insists on introducing them together; smilingly noting
that they're like twins to him. While he may look like
a neighborhood boy with curly hair, his determined appearance
when talking about his cocktail inventions is an attractive
quality for his female customers.
The cocktails need neither fancy glasses nor decorative fruits, but focus
on pure taste. The names Cain and Able come from the Bible, but drop
by Citizen Cain and ask Dominick personally if you want to find out why
he chose these names.
Ingredients:
* Citizen Cain
- 1 oz Gin
- Dash of Blue Curacao
- Splash of Lime Syrup
Add some ice into the glass followed by the ingredients. Fill the glass
with 7Up.

Able
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Midori
Add some ice into the glass followed by the ingredients. Fill the glass
with blueberry juice.
