Bosa Egyptian Restaurant brings you as close to Egypt as you can get without leaving Tainan. The contemporary interior is tastefully decorated with prints of 18th century Egypt and a limited number of faux artefacts. Bosa offers Egyptian dishes such as Kafta (Egyptian Meat balls and rice), Tagen (a chicken and tomato sauce dish served with rice) as well as a traditional Egyptian Kebab. These are available a la carte for NT$300 or as part of a set meal that includes soup, salad, pita bread and humus and a choice of desert (NT$460 - NT$470). Other offers include Beef Tenderloin, French Lamb and Roast Rosemary Chicken available as Set meals (NT$620 - NT$1200). If you've looking to sample a true Egyptian experience, try the flavoured tobaccos available to smoke in traditional Egyptian hookahs. Bosa also boasts third floor meeting rooms available for private dining, parties or business events. Downstairs there is a small boutique selling Egyptian jewelry, art and various trinkets. On Fridays and Saturdays you can take in a belly dancing show (8-8:30 p.m.).
