Conveniently close to the JhongJheng Road boutique and movie-theater district, yet far enough away that the noise and crowds won't bother you if you're trying to read a book, Moogo's second branch (the first is also on HaiAn Road, near YongHua Road) serves up reasonably-priced drinks and a range of snacks. There are sandwiches (NT$35 to NT$45), toast (NT$20 and up, price depends on what you want on it), and Thai-Style Tempura (NT$45). If you're looking for something more substantial, there's a good selection of noodle-based meals. Beverages include tea, coffee, and juices, prices running from NT$30 to NT$75. All the seating is outdoors, on a wooden deck; the parasols are big enough to shade you and your friends from the sun, or from a shower of rain.
