        The teas-and-meals Small Orange chain now has more than a dozen outlets in Tainan City and Tainan County. One of the newer and larger additions is located on ChingPing Road, on the south side of the formerly heavily-polluted waterway that runs close to downtown Tainan and meets the ocean at Anping Harbor. Lunch specials at Small Orange start at less than NT$100; there are more substantial set meals, a dozen noodle options, plus snacks such as toast and sandwiches (NT$65). Hot and cold teas, coffees and juices are all very affordable. Go up to the third floor for good views across the river to the historic, 350-year-old Anping neighborhood. Located on the edge of a fast-growing part of Tainan City, parking hereabouts is relatively easy.
