Jason's
Market Place of Singapore is a refined and upscale supermarket.
Located in Taipei 101's first basement level, this spacious
shopping arena covers 800 pings, and is divided into eight
major sections including produce and meat, delicatessen,
salad bar, winery, health foods, and spices. Forty-five
percent of the stock is imported. Imported vegetables such
as Australian miniature carrots and Thai lemon grass are
available in the produce section; the delicatessen has
cheese and cold cuts, a South Pacific grill section, Japanese
cuisine, and Chinese dishes. The salad bar features assorted
selections with various healthy salads and fresh fruit
and vegetable juices blended on the spot. Several hundred
wines are also offered here, including liquors, beers,
champagnes and grape wines, as well as a personalized champagne
label service. --Translated by Yvonne Chen
