Located in the basement of the Asiaworld Shopping Center, FNAC has brought a fresh shopping experience to Taipei residents. From the latest high-tech gadgets, computers, phones, digital cameras, and software, to audio CDs, VCDs and DVDs, AV systems, and books, FNAC has it all. Photo developing and event ticketing services are also available.

Shopping at FNAC is comfortable and pleasurable. The place is not crowded, and all items are clearly labeled; professional sales staff are on hand to answer any questions. The open-shelf display allows customers to "feel out" products before making any decisions. While anyone is welcome to shop at FNAC, members do have privileges, including general discounts and installment payment options for more expensive items, as well as members-only shopping events at least three times a year. Membership costs NT$900 for three years.

FNAC has one other location in Taipei, the "Future Center" on GuanQian Road near Taipei Main Railway Station. This branch stocks mostly high-tech products.
