VISITOR RATINGS & REVIEWS
This shop, not even two pings in size, hides in the alley
like an exotic wonder. In French, PAS-CHER means "not extravagant",
so items here are affordable. Leatherwork and carved ornaments are
the star attractions. An etched leather purse, for example, that
is well designed, beautifully crafted and totally hand made, costs
a mere NT$2,000. The artwork alone is worth the price! You can customize
your purchase by requesting a specific design, or by providing a
picture for duplication. Decorative leather belts are around NT$1,000.
Other items include: carved Indian statues, exotic necklaces and
accessories (bracelets are just NT$200). There's no middleman involved
at Pas Cher - the owner purchases items directly overseas - so prices
are better than in most other outlets in town. And, you will receive
a discount if you purchase more than one item. Next time you're
in the neighborhood, don't miss this place for treasures.
