	Ingredients: Red shot Vodka 0.5 oz Passimo passion fruit liqueur 1.5 oz Cointreau 0.5 Lemon juice 0.3 oz About a pinch of sugar Blue shot Rum 1.0 oz 151 Rum 0.3 oz Cointreau 0.5 oz Dita lychee liqueur 0.5 oz Blue Curacao 0.3 oz Directions: Simply mix the ingredients together in any order and enjoy! Suggested food accompaniment: If you happen to stop by China Pa, you might want to try "The Great Wall" (NT$280) which is simply pork ribs in a proprietary sweet and sour sauce. I personally greatly enjoyed the Plum and Spicy Chicken with Taiwanese Bagel (NT$520), a nice spicy snack with a Mexican-style feeling to it.
