Cocktail:
Senorita
By Frans Kunst Translated
by Ann Lee
This month's
cocktail comes from a small, cozy lounge-style
bar called Stir, just off of DunHua South Road.
Outside, you will find a nice, small patio. For
more privacy, there are cubicles inside. Though
Stir looks like a bar, it still serves quite a
wide selection of food from a kitchen that is
open till 2 a.m Monday to Thursday. On Saturday
and Sunday, food is served until 3 a.m. They have
perfect Western and Taiwanese food. Behind the
bar you will find Benny the bartender. He once
was on holiday in Spain and saw an incredibly
beautiful girl. It was her that inspired him to
create this lovely fruity cocktail. He simply
calls it the "Senorita," as he already
has a girlfriend and doesn't
want trouble at home.
Bartender: Benny
2 oz of Raspberry juice
0.5 oz of Lime juice
1.5 oz of Raspberry vodka
0.5 oz of Cointreau liquor
1 oz of Melon liquor
5 ice cubes

Directions:
Grind four dried plums. Dip the pre-cooled glass
upside down into some raspberry juice and than
in the ground plums. Strain the cocktail into
the glass. Finish it of with a thin slice of lemon
peel.
