Cocktail: MOJITO

Bar: Wendel's Bistro. This Tianmu institution features a famed bakery, a biergarten outside and a bistro indoors.

A cool, refreshing drink with a minty flavour: perfect on during a hot summer day. Wendel's ups the ante with fresh mint grown in their own garden.

Ingredients: Light rum 1oz, Dark rum 1/2 oz, Soda 1/2 oz, Lemon juice 1/2oz, Fresh mint leaves 9 leaves, Brown sugar 1 tablespoon, ice(6 cubes)

Directions: Mix ice cubes, five mint leaves, light rum, lemon juice and brown sugar in blender for one minute, or until ice is ground to smaller chunks or chips. Pour into cocktail glass and mix in soda. Using a table spoon, ladle dark rum on top and garnich with mint leaves.
