Where can one enjoy a "real"
cocktail? The winner of several cocktail-mixing championships,
Pete Kendall from Britain, invites you to this new lounge
bar for a taste of this year's trendiest cocktails.
Once you are seated, the service staff will hand you
a "Please take me home with you!" cocktail
menu that offers you a fascinating choice of fancy cocktails
that are divided into six categories. All cocktails
contain two ounces or more of alcohol or champagne.
Fresh fruit is used instead of conventional syrup to
bring out the creativity behind the mix. Do you still
think that cocktails are for the ladies? Kendall says,
"In London, even the manliest man, like James Bond,
would have a cocktail or two." --By Josie Wu, translated

A. Bar Code wants you to experience
a change of scenery from Long Island, so try their Beverly
Hills Ice Tea (NT$350).
B. The Blazer(NT$350)is a warm cocktail; berries and
liqueur are added to cognac, then lit to release the
rich alcoholic aromas. This drink can be served tableside.
