Bar: Tavern
Drink: Flaming Lamborghini

Formula 1 and the Tavern go together like Monaco and Grand Prix It's no surprise then that the Tavern 'cocktail of the month' is a fiery concoction called the 'Flaming Lamborghini.' Served in a large martini (or proper cocktail glass) the Flaming Lamborghini is imbibed while still flaming. For those of you who still value unscarred lips, it is sucked through a straw - not sipped like a martini. The drink is not for the faint of heart; for a start it is priced at a whopping NT$580 and it is, by design, closer to rocket fuel then Italian Gelato. The drink is more like a Long Island Ice tea in that it's raison d'etre is to get you to the finish line as fast as possible. I got one for Mrs. Chang, and within twenty minutes she was racing the Tavern like a Montoya in high heels.

Ingredients:
* Baileys - 1 Shot
* Galliano - 2 Shots
* Blue Curacao - 1 Shot
* Sambuca - 1 Shot
* Bacardi 151 - 1/2 Shot
* 2 shot glasses
* 1 Brandy Snifter
* 1 Cocktail Glass
* 1 Straw
* 1 Lighter

Instructions:
Pour the Baileys and Blue Curacao into the shot glasses. Mix the Sambuca and Bacardi shots in the brandy snifter. Pour the Galliano into the Cocktail glass. Next simultaneously pour the contents of the two shot classes into the Galliano, and then float the Bacardi and Sambuca on top of that. Light the alcohol floating on top and let it burn. Insert the straw and sip until the flame goes out.

Here we have The Tavern's Teresa Lu mixing the drink for us, and the unsuspecting Rick McGrail sampling the concoction. Rick's conclusion: 'thanks for the drink it really gets you wrecked.'
