VISITOR RATINGS & REVIEW
Situated in a leafy alcove just off HePing East Rd.
(near Liuchangli MRT Station), Bobwundaye (Taiwanese
for "no worries") has been steadily gaining
a loyal clientele since opening. The tasteful interior
decor and friendly bar service have created a pleasant,
homely small-bar atmosphere. Aside from the usual
selection of drinks, Bob's offers a wide range
of quality whiskies and wines. Hoegaarden Belgian
beer is the draft beer of choice, served in frosty
half-liter jugs (NT$180) that wouldn't be out of
place at the Oktoberfest. The menu is a simple
one with an emphasis on tasty quick meals and snacks,
mostly meat & vegetable pies, and a few varieties
of sausage. Happy Hour runs from 8 pm to 10 pm,
with Taiwan Beer going for NT$120 for two, making
Bob's one of the most reasonable places to drink
in town. --By Joe Duffer
