Champagne
2
TTranslated
by Chi-shan Liao (¹ù±Òµ½)
Champagne was originally defined as bubbled wine made
using the "methode champenoise" in the Champagne
region of north-eastern France. This method was supposedly
developed by Dom Perignon--a bland priest, it is said,
but a great wine maker.
The
bubbles always give people a pleasurable feeling, and
because of that, champagne has become an essential element
in any kind of ceremony. Whether you¡¦ve something to
celebrate or not, Champagne 2 will not disappoint.

Many
kinds of champagne are displayed on the first floor--112 in
all, from low-cost products to champagne for true connoisseurs.
Even people who are picky about what they drink will be satisfied.
In addition, Champagne 2 has all kinds of wine from the Bordeaux
region of France.

For
me, drinking ambiance is as important as wine quality,
and for that reason I like Champagne 2. It has very
comfortable sofas, and soft Lounge music. The waitstaff
are kind; everything looks very chic. Because of the
atmosphere, just one taste of wine was enough to make
me feel a little drunk.
The
champagne cocktails are popular with ladies. There are
about ten options, including lychee champagne (NT$380),
and cantaloupe champagne (NT$380). One of the most attractive
aspects of this place is that there is no minimum low
amount you must spend. We will surely come back to enjoy
this high-class experience again.
