When the economy is bad and people prefer reasonably priced delicacies, Wow Prime Group inevitably will open a restaurant that targets this trend. According to the restaurant, Taiwanese people spend about NT$18 billion on tepanyaki, and after over a year of preparation, Wow Prime has finally launched its new tepanyaki chain restaurant: Hot 7. No matter whether it is lunch or dinner time, every set meal at Hot 7 is NT$290 and includes drink, salad, soup, entree, vegetable dish, rice and dessert.
Hot 7 follows the same menu style as the other Wow Prime chain restaurants. Aside from being able to choose one of three soup choices and one of six entrees, other items in the set meals are fixed. For diners who don’t eat beef or beef tendons, the restaurant’s six entrees options include duck leg, pork, chicken drumstick and fish.
A. The first store is on ChangAn East Road in a mostly business district. It’s easy to figure out its target customers are young, white-collar workers who love to try new things and live a fast-paced life. Don’t worry if you are not around the area, Wow Prime plans on opening a hundred stores in Taiwan in the near future, so everyone can enjoy the restaurant’s delicacies.
B. The ingredients the restaurant uses are mostly local. For just NT$290, diners can enjoy low fat, low salt, olive oil-cooked tepanyaki food and the spectacular cooking technique of the tepanyaki chefs.
