Evans Burger has opened at a second location, conveniently located across the street from the ShiDa Night Market. Friendly owner Evans is surprisingly willing to share his secrets of success with anyone. He perfected the art of constructing the perfect burger the hard way--practice. After working in Taichung for a number of eateries, he decided to take his experience and follow his dreams by returning to hometown Taipei and opening an American Western-themed restaurant. Making things easier is his personal collection of American-Western memorabilia, perfect for his burger chain's decor. Walk in and you'll feel like you've stepped into a vintage burger joint, with an added modern twist. This comfortable spot is a great for families, students and just about everyone else. The menu offers a large selection of burgers, perfect for the meat lover. One great option is the nice, juicy Chili Beef Burger (NT$240), with a touch of chili and jalapenos giving this bad boy a nice kick that tickles the taste buds.
