This is Xiang Shi Heaven's fourth branch, is bigger and with more freshly made dishes, including their made on-the-spot steamed vermicelli rolls. In addition, to keep things interesting, almost every month they'll be rolling out a new dish created or requested by a special guest. Not only will they do Japanese and Chinese style dishes, they'll also do Western style dishes. A. For their handmade sushi, seafood is daily flown in from Pingtung County's DongGang Port. Also added are imported 300 gram Australian oysters, which washes down great with all-you-can-drink beers. Pop into the Japanese section and get one sushi roll and you'll feel you've already gotten your money's worth.
B. Don't miss the Szechuan section with these great dishes: Fish Heads with Chili Peppers, Pork Intestines with Salted Mustard Greens and Bi Feng Crayfish all made in the open kitchen.
C. Their Crab Sushi Rolls are stuffed with large chunks of crab and sweet turnip, a truly original dish created by the chefs here. There is also Caviar Tuna Salad and Szechuan Flavour Bean Fish, both of which leave a pleasant aftertaste.
