After a small break, ZEE & Ku's Kitchen has re-opened as a music restaurant and dropped the "kitchen" into their name. Everyone at the newly refurbished restaurant is looking forward to their upcoming, 40th anniversary. The interior decor is quite nice; they've installed a skylight, which helps highlight their high ceilings and brick walls, while hanging light fixtures and a mural add to the relaxing atmosphere. There is also an open-style kitchen, covered by a canopy, which makes the guests feel like they are dining outside in a European village. --By Josie Wu, translated by Ann Lee
A. One of Chef Ku's popular dishes, White Wine Braised Chicken with Mussels (lunch NT$280, dinner NT$390) is also one of the oldest here.
B. Other great dishes here include Crispy Pan-Fried King Prawn with Chilled Tomato Pasta (NT$580) and Pan-Fried Chicken Served with Herb Sauce (NT$420). All the ingredients are fresh, making the flavors quite tasty. |
