Khaki Cafe Bar and Fifi's Market are next door neighbors that face a shady boulevard on RenAi road. The second floor tea/liquors salon at Khaki Cafe Bar has Shanghai style, while the third floor is a glamorous, retro-style bar!Xthe W-Bar. Designer Isabelle Wen has indeed created a fresh, diverse, and trendy landmark for fashionable consumers. All the Chinese/Western dishes and snacks are picked by Isabelle herself and include Beef Noodle Soup (NT$180) and Won Ton Chicken Soup (NT$160). In addition, Khaki is a nice place to enjoy wine and champagne. --By Josie Wu, translated by Ann Lee

A. A classic breakfast/lunch dish Croque Monsieur (sandwich/NT$160) can be served with salad and is known as a Croque Madame, if an egg is added.

B. This cafe uses the theme of khaki with wood, ceramic tiles and crude iron elements to create a relaxed and open atmosphere. Original furnishings, made with horse hair, vines and stainless steel, are displayed throughout the cafe, adding to the atmosphere.
