Since the opening of their first
branch in TianMu back in 1988, Diamond Tony's
has been serving mainly Italian cuisine to its
patrons. Moving into the 85th floor of the Taipei
101, it has employed the old kitchen crew, but
also hired chefs who are specifically trained
in Japanese cooking. They call themselves a fusion
cuisine restaurant, combining ingredients and
culinary techniques from the East and West, and
presenting a new, trendy spot for all food lovers.
So come appreciate a panoramic view of Taipei
city while enjoying their newly designed fusion
delicacies. The designer uses black crystal glass
to create a reflex effect inside the restaurant,
so that no matter where you are sitting, you can
still see an uninterrupted view outside. --By

A gondola boat is placed at the
center of the bar to showcase Diamond Tony's top
quality seafood selections-sashimi, French-style
oysters, Taiwan deep-water fish and fresh produce
imported from Japan. You name it, and chefs cook
it right in front of you, and it is all made-to-order.
This open bar setting can serve up to 60 customers
at a time.
