Aqua Lounge is the first restaurant
in a Taipei hotel that caters organic cuisine.
Located in the Ambassador Hotel, lunch is served
with a healthy choice of salad bar, featuring
selections of vegetables that are non-toxic farm
produced in Hualian. Aqua Lounge also offers various
flavours of organic vegetable and fruit juices
and aerobic beverages. They will also be presenting
a series of new drinks and dishes with "water"
themes in the near future, savouring the natural
flavours of foods in meals and working to provide
the safest, healthiest tastes to their customers.

From Monday to Friday, Aqua Lounge offers an organic
salad bar for lunch for NT$450 per person. Tuesday
is Lady's Day with a special 10% discount. They
also serve organic brunch from 10:30 am to 2 pm
on Saturday and Sunday, NT$680 per person.

Chefs at Aqua Lounge have created
a menu that is both trendy and uses natural ingredients
to attract health-conscious customers. The Italian-style
Vegetable Sushi uses organic rice grown in Huanlian
County's famed FuLi area, which has become popular
in the Japanese market as well. |
