A. A la carte Peppery Pettitoes (NT$300) features tempting flavors with lots of red peppers. Besides Fried Green Chilis with Fermented Black Beans (NT$180), Steak Cubes and Rice Cakes with Pine Nuts (NT$280) is a good choice when you need a break from the spices.
B. Steamed Chinese Cabbage with Smoked Pork (NT$320). This is a great dish that wraps Taiwanese sausages and smoked Hunan pork in crispy Chinese cabbage.
