This establishment's name is derived from the word "fuse". Fuze is a restaurant, lounge bar, night club, disco and pub that takes the fusion concept to new heights. The fusion menu originates from San Francisco and presents exotic cuisine at its best. The fusion concept is also reflected in Fuze's function, acting as a social gathering point for the metropolitan population both night and day. Design-wise, it is a cool fusion of East and West. Special Assistant to the General Manager Wilhelm Tsai masterminded Fuze's concept while Chef Kevin L. Wu, who hails from San Francisco, is a master in art of fusion cuisine. With a background in health, Wu also pays attention to the way the food is prepared, using less oil and salt and concentrating on highlighting natural flavors. There are three time segments at Fuze: Thai and Vietnamese style lunches, "Dinner without Boundaries", and Club Time. During lunchtime, enjoy all-you-can-eat for just NT$666. Live jazz band performances take place during Club Time.
