Originating
from the United States, Bopa-loo specializes in soft
ice-creams – warmer in temperature and containing
no ice-crystals. The soft ice-creams could also be
called the “non-ice ice-cream.” It is
made from large amounts of low-fat milk, making each
mouthful smooth and rich in flavor. Each day, Bopa-loo
picks one of the 400 flavors and makes the ice-cream
right there in front of you. Everyday is a surprise
waiting to happen. Aside from single-flavored ice-cream,
Bopa-loo also offers three flavors of sundaes (-Turtle,
Choco Choco Choco and Rainbow Good Stuff (NT$150).
The sundaes consist of three balls of ice, sprinkled
with cashews, chocolate beans and drizzled in sauce.
Each bite is a bite into happiness. You are also
able to “do-it-yourself” with the sundae
condiments. Make those creativity juices flow and
