This establishment doesn't cut corners when it comes to using mainland Chinese ingredients and seasoning--the resulting aroma and taste are both rich and satisfying, leaving the customers wanting more. Owner Miss Lu recommends the Ground Pepper And Fish Head (NT$390), which uses the head of specially selected chub fish combined with wild peppers from the mountains of China. Other dishes are the mouth-watering Chicken Dinner (NT$200), the Spicy Crab and Scrimp, Szechuan Beef, Yuzhou Chicken, and the Spicy Sausage.
