Wicked,
is a wonderfully wicked place run by two highly educated
and ambitious Californian-Taiwanese, not so wicked, sisters
(Helen and Linda Lu), provides sumptuous original Euro-Asian
treats. A Berekely grad. (top of her class), went for
a CAA (again top of her class) for post grad study and
transformed herself into a first rate chef. Casual, fun,
hip and intelligent describes both the place and its
approach to quality, fresh, fusion dining. ItOs about
the "perfect bite theory," said Executive Chef
Linda Lu, "and the marriage of flavors" that
make each aOla carte dish both unique and tasty. Take
the Lamb with Mango Chutney, well presented, tender and
bursting with full flavors. I do not even like lamb,
but I relished every bite. Pair it with the Bacon Pumpkin
soup, and a colorful Vegetable Turne (red/yellow peppers,
coned around mushrooms, zuchini, onions and eggplant),
and you have a well rounded healthy meal. Down it with
their excellent selection of premium SakiOs and you some
fun and fine dining.-- By Joe Duffer
