"A red pot makes a crowd boil." Starting from Sichuan, Tanyoto brings together the spicy pot and the sweet fish head and creates a new fine taste. Tan's Special Hot And Spicy Soup Base (NT$120) is a must-order soup base. It combines herbal medicine and spices with more than 20 ingredients, all stir-fried in a single pot. The special red pepper "Er Tiao Jin" has a harvesting period of only seven days each year, and does not harm your stomach. It is said that “Better eat fish than eat meat; better eat fish head that eat fish." Tanyoto carefully chooses carp that weigh between 1.08kg and 1.5kg because they have few bones and tender meat.
