If you like authentic Mexican food, you've probably heard of Amy's Kitchen. And guess what, you heard it right: Amy's Kitchen has re-opened.

Walking into Amy's Kitchen is like walking into a Mexican den: no opulent embellishments, but a cozy easiness. The food here can best be described as "cactus style"--uncomplicated preparation and satisfying potions in relaxing surroundings. Every item here is an authentic Mexican dish carefully prepared by the owner. The special Mexican Spicy Salsa has captured many hearts, and enchanted first-time customers.

Amy's Kitchen has specialized in Mexican dishes for over fifteen years. Mexicans, and those of other nationalities who love Mexican food, have found relief from their homesickness here among the onions, tomatoes, and chili peppers. Amy's Kitchen is even a must-visit place for Mexican diplomats.

Their cheese quesadilla, burrito, corn tortilla fajita, and flauta may not seem particularly special, but these dishes and the other sidedishes produce great differences in taste and flavor due to the different types of flour used, the amount of water added, and whether other spices and seasonings have been added. For those trying Mexican food for the first time, the owner recommends the corn tostada for appetizer, and the super burrito for the main course. Most dishes are priced between NT$400 and NT$500.

Friendships have formed here because of the Mexican food. And even after the grand opening period, the owners will continue to offer their customers an exceptional service. To find out what it is, you'll have to go in person.
