La
FourNia gets its name from the French word for oven "Le
Four" and the word "California". The restaurant
offers oven-roasted French cuisine and combined it with
the healthy and refreshing elements of new generation
California cuisine. One of their signature dishes is "Oxtail
with Oven Grilled Marine Fish" – the delicate
marine fish meat along with rich and creamy oxtail sauce
makes for a great combo. The "Truffle with Grilled
New York Steak" exudes a rich truffle smell and
features top Prime-grade beef that food lovers should
not miss. For a complete upscale French cuisine, try
the course menu, which is priced at $1200. La FourNia
has also prepared a series of delicate and delicious
Pizzette that are works of imaginative creations, like
the "Caviar and Smoke Salmon Pizza" ($1200),
Taipei's most expensive pizza that features authentic
caviar from the sea with large pieces of smoke salmon. – By
