Located
on NingXia Road, close to Blessed Imelda's School
and the JianCheng Roundabout, this night market saw
a slowdown in activity after ChongQing Road was built.
However, after a makeover at the end of last year
and earlier this year, NingXia Night Market has a
new face. Boasting clear sidewalks and a clean atmosphere,
the market is once again a happening place. Almost
everything here is worth trying: The most famous dishes
include oyster pancakes, fried dumplings, pork knuckle
noodles. Don't forget to try out the rice cake, especially
the Tainan Baked Rice Cake. NingXia Night Market stays
open until three or four in the morning, and is perfect
for those on a night out, or people who get off work
late. Take a bus to YuanHuan, or the MRT to either
Shuanglien or Chungshan stations.
