To satiate customers' palate and appetite, the soup base here comes in oil and miso flavors and in medium or large portions. I highly recommend Er Tsu Shan Ramen (NT$160), which has ramen with a pork cutlet; the cutlet is deep-fried with an egg. Other dishes include Seaweed Ramen, Butter Corn Ramen, Scallion Cha-su Ramen, Lemon Miso Ramen, Crisp Pan-fried Dumplings (NT$60) and Pickled Vegetable Chicken Wing Dumpling (NT$25 each). The Hell Ramen is spicy. There are also authentic Japanese side dishes such as Crab Seaweed Vinegar (NT$60) and Spring Egg (NT$30). After the meal, a small surprise is presented. What this is, you'll have to find out for yourself!
