Food-loving TV celebrity Jackie Wu has opened Home Road in the hope of giving customers a feeling as warm as standing around the stove at home with family. Dishes to note include the house special, Emperor Crab (NT$450), Streaky Pork, French-Style Mutton Steak (NT$200), Norwegian Salmon (NT$150), Butterfly Frozen Fish (NT$100), Ayu Fish (NT$120), and others, several of which are priced under NT$100. Deserving of mention is the restaurant's smoke-extraction equipment, which ensures that your clothes won't smell of smoke when you get home. On weekdays, the restaurant offers bargain-priced business lunches (NT$99 to NT$139), and afternoon tea (NT$128 per person). The latter includes one hot or cold drink, and as-much-as-you-can-eat pancake. --By Josephine Lin
