Zock,
a mechanical engineer by training, got into the F&B
business by sheer chance. One thing led to another,
and before he knew it, Zock was drawn into the colorful
world of cocktails. Soon, there was no turning back...
The
night we visited with young Zock, he was dressed in
an all-black uniform. He explained and demonstrated
how to make a Peach Crush. And while doing this, his
confidence was obvious.
Sweet
and aromatic peach wine is used as a base for this
cocktail. Vitamin-rich cranberry and lemon juice are
added. Just give it a shake and you will be seduced
by its wonderful taste. If you're going to have just
one cocktail, make it a Peach Crush. You'll be delighted,
and may well go dizzy over this gem of a cocktail.
