      This elegantly decorated Cantonese restaurant can be entered from the 4th floor. A winding staircase leads to the 5th floor and the restaurant's additional seating area. The name of the restaurant comes from the flower and bird motifs common to traditional Chinese design. The menu features dishes such as fresh scallops in XO sauce (NT$320), stir-fried honey chicken (NT$200), pork chops with preserved dates and honey (NT$240), tenderloin with black pepper sauce (NT$260), Cantonese-style fried rice (NT$160), and Cantonese-style congee (NT$120).
