Eden is located at the top of Bistro 98, on the 10th and 11th floors, and serves up innovative French cuisine from Daniel Hsu, who formerly planned French menus for the Hilton. Hsu recently came back from a month in Provence where he sampled a variety of the latest French dishes. The upscale interior is in modern Baroque style with plush sofas and oversized chairs. However, for all of its elegance, Eden prices are reasonable: The a la carte menu ranges from NT$180 to NT$280 and features lumpfish caviar with sour cream blinis, smoked Norwegian salmon and roe, beef tartar Normandy style and smoked duck breast. After 10 pm, Eden becomes a lounge bar.
