The
signature dish at Taste Knowing Bistro is Japanese style pork
chop. There are two special pork chop meals, one is pork loin
meal and the other is pork flank meal. There are four different
home-made sauces to choose from. They are curry, miso, mashed
radish and hot mustard. The owner, Mr. Dai said that all the
pork chops served here are top quality produced with the assistance
of Department of Agriculture. Besides the mouth-watering taste
that you can find here, the sanitation is also a guaranty.
They also serve Japanese style curry and Japanese ramen noodles.
The curry sauce is simmered with plenty of vegetables and
fruits. This makes the curry tasted so rich but yet refreshing.
There are three curry meals to choose from, they are curry
chicken rice, curry pork rice and curry beef tendon rice (each
meal priced at $200 NT). The fish bond soup base ramen noodles
are price from $160 NT to $210 NT. All meals come with main
dish, miso soup, white rice, Japanese pickle, salad, dessert
and beverage. The shredded cabbage, white rice and soup are
all you can eat when you order the pork chop meal. -- by Chia-Hsun
