The
statue of Liberty, chandeliers, drop curtains, old photos
and a big screen TV broadcasting sports programs bedeck
this restaurant-cum-pub. It feels a lot like "the Big
Apple", right down to the live-band performances, but
the food is Asian with Hunan, Hakka and Taiwan cuisine.
This is not typical pub food, but rather special dishes
like Fried Diced Chicken Wings with Red Pepper (NT$280),
Fried 3-Flavored Eggs (NT$200), Lamb Casserole Chinese style
(NT$380) and Fish Head Casserole (NT$380). Drinks cost between
NT$130 to NT$400, Executive set lunch, served weekdays,
costs around NT$220.
