The
Shannon is a Victorian style Irish Restaurant serving traditional
Irish dishes, like Traditional Irish Stew (NT$375) and The
Shannon Airport Hot Brown (NT$310). Imported Irish Guinness
(NT$230/pint) and good whiskies, like, Jameson (NT$200/shot)
and Chivas (NT$200/shot) are also on the menu. The Shannon
is designed as an Irish pub with four themed areas: the Celtic
Area; the Traditional Irish Shop Pub; Snugs & the Bar;
and the Victorian Dublin Pub. Irish Folk tunes play in the
background bringing a bit of Blarney to Taipei.
