Although La Quiche is a small eatery, it compares favorably to larger restaurants. The house special is Quiche (NT$90/side order; NT$159/combo dish), but cooks also prepare Spaghetti (NT$189/combo dish) on the spot. You can also order soup served in a hollowed bread loaf (NT$65). Port wine, white wine, and other drinks are on the menu. "Quiche" refers to a French specialty - a custard pie combining egg, bacon and onion in a baked crust. It makes a perfect luncheon meal or an afternoon tea bite. La Quiche is situated in the alley of the back parking lot exit of the National Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall metro station.
