      As a member of the Herb Society of Taiwan, Teresa is dedicated to introducing herbs into Taiwan's households. While you are here, expect to meet the enthusiastic owner who might bring a plant personally to your table for a quick lesson in herbals. Teresa also provides complete information on specific varieties. If you haven't committed to nurturing your own, you can simply stop by to sample speical meals. Teresa gives equal time to Chinese herbals on the menu, like "Medicinal Herbs Chicken Chafing Dish" (NT$300) and "Chinese Yam Chicken Chafing Dish" (NT$420).
