       There's wonder under foot at Blue Pacific Beach. A transparent acrylic pathway leading inside reveals live fish swimming below that are bathed in a soft blue light. An aquarium mounted on the wall and miniature fishponds heighten the illusion of underwater worlds. Lounging in the comfy rattan chair, I noticed more innovative decor on the ceiling - a rock carved pond and fish painted in luminescent colors. The lights were dimmed as the evening progressed and the band began to play romantic love songs, a regular nightly feature. If you're in the mood for tropical romance and Italian or Western fare (NT$390 fof a set meal), stop by Blue Pacific Beach.
