Tong Fong covers 200 pings of space and is divided into three
areas. The first area is for afternoon tea, the second is
for dining and the third contains two private dining rooms
capable of holding 12 people each. Plans are underway to build
a small tea museum to introduce the various kinds of teas,
as well as teapots and utensils used for brewing tea. All
of the eating utensils are unique and, if you like any of
them, are available for purchase. The cuisine is mainly Cantonese
with dim sum (NT$55 and above per dish) served during afternoon
teatime. There are more than 20 kinds of tea available with
prices starting at NT$100 per pot. The chef has also designed
dim sum set afternoon tea speacials, which include four dim
sum dishes and one dessert, plus two daily chef special dim
sum dishes and a pot of tea for only NT$240. There are also
other selections, like the shark fin set meal, prawns and
monk fish set meal, starting from NT$710. --By Priscilla Chen
