Where can you get have delicious sushi meal that brings great enjoyment? The Chang-Hu-Yin Sushi House in Tienmu is the great, not-to-be-missed option. The restaurant owner comes from Japan and holds a professional attitude towards making quality and delicious sushi. The Sushi Combination dish (NT$230) is made with more than 10 kinds of ingredients. The spinach sushi, rarely seen in other sushi houses, is a creative, innovative dish made by the boss with a mixture of eight ingredients, such as crab eggs. These satisfying dishes are also economically priced. In addition, the Shutsi Sushi (shutsi is a kind of fish egg), mostly served during festivals in Japan, is made of crab eggs mixed with rice and covered with various kinds of seafood. The cutely-shaped Cake Sushi (NT$80) is also a traditional and delicious Japanese delicacy. This restaurant's insistent attitude towards the making of quality sushi makes it an easy place to love.
